Management Team
Scott Rhodes, President
Mr. Rhodes is an expert in helping define a company's mission,
turning around failing software companies and bringing new products
to
market.
He provides
assistance
at
all levels in a company and is on the Board of Directors of Electra
Information Systems and ISC. Mr. Rhodes has
been bringing new products to
market
since
1985
when he launched the
unix version
of Focus
for
Information
Builders. Mr. Rhodes is the founder of Metamorphic and
has provided strategic, technical assistance, and products to companies
including D&B, PaineWebber (now UBS), ISC, Litton, InfoTech (a
division of PBI Media) and others.
Prior to creating Metamorphic, Mr. Rhodes served as the
Product Director for Multex Publisher,
an electronic research distribution product. Prior to joining Multex,
he served many roles up to Director in Information Builders where
he was responsible for launching several divisions of the company
with total sales in the $10 Million range.
Mr. Rhodes did his graduate and undergraduate work in Physics.
He has done business in Spanish, French, German and Italian while
launching businesses abroad.

Arkady Dudko, Partner
Mr. Dudko has over 20 years of technology experience with a variety
of computer platforms. Before joining Metamorphic in 2003,
Mr. Dudko held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Peracon
Inc, an Internet-based platform that web-enabled commercial real
estate transactions. Prior to joining Peracon in 2000, Mr. Dudko
served as a Vice President for Scudder Kemper Investments, where
he implemented a new portfolio accounting system and all major
client reporting software systems.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Dudko held the position of Systems Manager
at Morse Diesel International - a major construction management
firm. Before that he was at Citibank - International Private Banking
Group where he implemented and managed a multi-currency banking
system for all of the off-shore accounts.
Mr. Dudko holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a minor
in Computer Science from Brooklyn College.

Robert Moskal, Partner
For the past decade, as principal of Most Media, Mr. Moskal has
provided consulting, outsourced development, and technology licensing
to firms in a wide variety of industries.
Clients include Matsushita, Target, Cambridge University Press,
and Purdue Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Moskal has licensed technology
to and have provided outsourced development for New Media companies
such as
The Caribiner Group, BI Performance, and Jack Morton Worldwide.
In recent years Mr. Moskal has focused on using frameworks, design
patterns, and agile methodologies to build complex line of business
applications. This provides clients with a competitive advantage
by speeding time to market and producing supple applications
that keep pace with new business challenges and opportunities.
In previous roles, Mr. Moskal acted as the director of New Media
for Jack Morton Worldwide and help found the New Media practice

Howard Seibel, Dir. Business Development
Before establishing Wharton Strategic Services in 1998, Howard
Seibel was VP and Marketing Director at Wit Capital, the world's
first online investment bank. There, he marketed IPOs and venture
capital offerings to individual investors and investment banking
services to corporations.
Before Wit Capital, he spent three years as Managing Director
of Marketing and Product Development for National Discount Brokers,
where he acquired 100,000 accounts with a modest marketing budget.
There he built, launched and ran the industry's first major Internet
stock trading service for consumers.
Before that, he spent seven years with American Express in a variety
of marketing, product management and business development roles
in the company's Consumer Card and Stored Value groups. He began
his career at Diamond Shamrock as a technical sales representative
and at Nortel Networks as a marketing associate.
A native of West Islip, N.Y., Howard holds an MBA in Marketing
from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a
BA in Chemistry from Cornell University.

John Landry, Board Member
Mr. John Landry, CEO and Founder of Electra Information Systems
(EIS) has led EIS since he founded it in 1992. Prior
to building
the
EIS
team, Mr. Landry developed and sold EIS software himself. His current
responsibilities include hiring and managing all personnel, overseeing
software implementation and leading the Company’s strategic
development. Mr. Landry was previously a technical recruiter, and
with Blue Cross/ Blue Shield as a manager overseeing software product
development and support. Mr. Landry, graduated summa cum laude from SUNY Albany in economics and computer science.
